| The purpose
of The Effective Leader Program is to provide a technology that empowers people
to lead, manage, and work powerfully with others to produce breakthrough results
in their organizations. By technology we mean something reliably replicable,
and not based on belief or particular personality traits. |
| The Effective
Leader Program has been conducted for more than 30 organizations, including for-profit,
not-for-profit and government organizations. At Jet Propulsion Laboratory it was
offered over 55 times and to a total of 1,300 participants. Over 90% of participants
report the workshop as being of tremendous value and recommended it highly to

an organization's members, the organization's vision is a source of excitement,
passion and commitment. Yet for many, daily work is not connected to the organization's
vision. This article shows how productivity, coordination, excitement, commitment,
and passion can be brought to work by linking daily individual behavior to an
