Case Studies


We believe in learning, and in particular, learning from experience. Growth is never as powerful as when it results from having used one's own work and relationships as a laboratory, where the learning opportunities are available and focused in areas that are already important to us. Change occurs out of a personal commitment to finding ways of working and relating that resonate with oneself, and which are helpful and productive for those with whom we interact. We strive to learn on a regular basis. We build opportunities for doing so into our daily practice and coach our clients to do the same.
