Information about the workshop:
1. The dates of the workshop are April 9, 10, 16, 17 and 29, 2003.
2. The workshop will start promptly at 8AM. Each of the first four days will end by 5:00PM. Day 5, on April 29, will likely go to approximately 5:30PM.
3. Attendance at all five days, in sequence, is needed to get the maximum benefit. Make-up sessions might be scheduled but are not promised at this time. Participants who know they must miss one or two days should contact Ivan Rosenberg at Frontier Associates as soon as possible to discuss what alternative arrangements might be made.
4. The workshop location is not yet finalized. It will very likely be held at a hotel in the Pasadena/Monrovia area.
5. The tuition for all five days is $1500, payable to Frontier Associates, Inc., in advance with this registration form. Our mailing address is: Frontier Associates, Inc., 4804 Laurel Canyon Boulevard, #804, Valley Village, CA 91607.
6. The tuition covers all workshop materials, including Participant Workbook and note paper. Participants need only bring a writing instrument for taking notes.
7. Refunds will be made for cancellations received more than 7 calendar days prior to the first day of the workshop (by 8AM, Wednesday, April 2). No refunds will be made after this date or for partial attendance.
8. The number of participants is limited to 40, and registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
9. There is always some variability in the meeting room temperature. Thus, we suggest participants wear layers of comfortable, casual, clothing.
10. There will be a one-hour lunch break. There are numerous restaurants in the area within walking distance.
