Services

Frontier Associates coaches organizations and their members to bring about change and produce significantly improved and sustained results in organizational performance.

Our approach is not based on providing extensive analysis or giving business advice. Instead, we facilitate processes that support organizational members in developing and implementing their own solutions, leaving them empowered to successfully address subsequent challenges with little or no further intervention.

Frontier's consulting methodology is most effective when clients want more than an incremental improvement, but something far beyond what is predictable.

Why Frontier?

Our primary point of difference and the advantage of our approach is that we are able to generate organizational change without generating any resistance. Clients find our approach particularly useful in resolving complex organizational issues that have persisted over time, despite people's best efforts to resolve them. For example:

Sales results need improvement.

Customer service needs improvement.
Different areas of the company are operating at cross-purposes, or are just not working effectively together.

Members in a partnership are not working well together.

Members of a team are not working well together.
Individuals or organizations are not fitting well together following a merger or acquisition.
An improvement in leadership is needed.
An improvement in management is needed, such as when a manager is micro-managing, or when training and coaching in management skills is needed.
Meetings are viewed as a waste of time.
Individuals are having an interpersonal conflict.
The company is planning to implement a radical change, such as re-engineering or TQM, and there is a need for culture change or buy-in by the workforce.
The business environment has changed and the company requires a large-scale change in strategy, operations and/or culture.
